Two Dogs

A woman saw two dogs fighting;
A kind dog and a mean dog.

She turned to her son and said:
“Inside every person
There are two dogs fighting;
A kind dog, and a mean dog.
Which do you think will win?”

“Whichever dog you feed?”
Ventured the boy.

But before she could reply,
The mean dog jumped on her
and tore out her belly

And the boy watched
As it ate her.
